Bonnie completed Classical Comprehensive Certification under the tutelage of Shelley Zosky, a member of "The Work" with Jay Grimes at Vintage Pilates. She also trained with Martt Lawrence in the Pilates Center of SF and continued her training for four years with Master Instructor Sonje Mayo in Nashville, who has trained with Joseph Pilates himself. She was working as a market analyst at Hyundai in her 20s. Still, she inadvertently suffered from chronic back pain due to her sedentary lifestyle, which only worsened when she sustained a severe whiplash injury. Luckily, she discovered Pilates, and this personal experience, combined with the amazing colleagues and mentors she met along the way, ultimately inspired her to become both a lifelong student and instructor of Pilates.

Molly received her Pilates teacher training from the The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado through Erika Linton. She completed supplemental training in the Heritage Training Program with Cara Reeser and the MELT Method. Molly’s Pilates practice goes back 15 years starting in rehabilitation from dance related injuries. After a string of hip surgeries, Pilates helped her to rediscover the body's suppleness to change and ability to heal through movement. She hopes to share the benefits of this method and inspire others to continue to discover, breathe, and thrive in their own bodies. In addition to teaching, she is a freelance dancer, choreographer, and arts administrator.

Originally from the Midwest, Jamie began studying Pilates at the age of 13 as a supplement to her Ballet training. In 2006, she moved to San Francisco to join Alonzo King's Lines Ballet School Ensemble and Training Program where she was also introduced to the GYROTONIC® method. Both modalities became a significant part of her self care routine as a way to maintain physical, mental and emotional balance inside and outside of the studio.
In 2011 she received her first pilates teacher certification in New York and has since completed two more comprehensive training programs and numerous hours of continuing education with master trainers across the country. She received her Gyrotonic certification in 2017.
