Studio policies
General Polices
- All lessons are by appointment only and must be booked and paid in advance through MindBody.
- All purchases are non-refundable and have a three-month expiration date unless extended upon approval by studio management.
- Please avoid wearing athletic gear with zippers as it may tear the equipment.
- Doctor/ Physical Therapist release required for all clients post-surgery or injuries.
- We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
- Please check our cancellation policy.
First Time Client
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the first session to fill out our waiver form and familiarize yourself with the area/parking.
- Water fountain, showers, and towels are available. Bring your own water bottle.
- Please advise your instructor of any special conditions needed before the start of your session
Cancellations
Private and Duet Lessons must be canceled within 24 hours of your lesson time to avoid full charges. There are no exceptions.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide will only be used to assist us in providing you the very best service. Your email address as well as phone number will be added to our mailing list and will be used for studio updates and events only.
